Ladybaby is not just a kawaii Japanese idol group. Their music sometimes have a touch of metal, specially when Richard Magarey or more popularly known as Ladybeard was still a member. Kawaii members included Rie Kaneko and Rei Kuromiya.

Nippon Manju is the bands' very first song and music video released in July 2015. It readily went viral on Youtube, gathering up to 1 million view in just 2 days. The video now has 19 million views and still counting. It is because of this that Ladybeard has been also called Kawaiicore.
