Gackt Camui is known for his mononymous stagename, Gackt. He is a Japanese musician, singer, songwriter, record producer and actor.

On August 11, 1999, Gackt released their second single, entitled Vanilla. It sold 248, 360 copies and made it to fourth place on the Oricon weekly and charted for ten weeks. However, on March 20, 2002, their single was re-released after it hits number 12 and charted or six weeks. It was certified gold by RIAJ. 

Vanilla is one of Gackt’s typical songs.
