Bump of Chicken (or sometimes called as Banpu Obu Chikin) is a Japanese alternative rock group from Sakura, in Chiba Prefecture. The band was formed in 1994 and since then has released 23 singles and eight albums. They are comprised of Motoo Fujiwara (vocals, rhythm), Hiroaki Masukawa (guitar), Yoshifumi Naoi (bass) and Hideo Masu (drums).

Butterfly is the title track of their album under the label Toy Factory and released in February 10, 2016. It was released as their third single and the album was made in celebration of their 20th anniversary.
