The One is the second track released in Babymetal's second album entitlled, Metal Resistance. The song debuted in the kawaii metal idol's performance at Yokohama Arena on December 12, 2015.
The song has an overall inspiring vibe to it, in line with the lyrics about dreams and making change. The song also tries to deliver a message of something that needs to end for something to start anew.
