What happens when you combine Shibuya and Akihabara? You create an idol group called Akishibu Project.

With the goal of "bring(ing) the cultures of Shibuya and Akihabara together," this music idol group is created by a former member of another idol group, BiS. The group's activities started on May 24, 2013 with 13 members.

In 2016, they performed at the Japan Expo event in Thailand. 

They even placed one of their singles at the Oricon Singles Chart at the number 9 spot. In 2018, they held an audition for new members.
