Yuba is one of the many food products that can be done in soybeans. It has been known for many names like the tofu skin, bean curd skin, bean curd sheet and bean curd robes. The yuba involves quite a meticulous process. Makers extract soy milk first. The milk is set to a boil. Upon heating in a shallow pan, a film or skin forms on the surface of the boiling liqid. This film are then carefully collected, placed in a pan and dried under the sun. These become the yellowish sheet known as yuba.
