Nagano Prefecture in Japan has created a name for itself when it hosted the 1998 Winter Olympics. However, Nagano is not only famous for its ice, but also for something green that we all have grown to know as wasabi.
In Azumino City, there is the place called the Daio Wasabi Farm where the Japanese green food seasoning is born. Unlike most crops that grow on a field, the wasabi or the Japanese horse radish is actually planted on beds, literally on the river. Youtuber "Only in Japan" brings you to what is considered the largest wasabi farm in the Land of the Rising Sun.
