Nici Wickes of The World Kitchen tried to see what kind of excitement Kyoto has brought to its ramen.
In this video, Nici experienced a different kind of service in this local Kyoto ramen shop. First all the equipment were covered with white towels. She was then given a paper bib and was asked to tie her hair up. Her noodles were then prepared. The moment her bowl was served, excitement began.
