The typical breakfast eaten by each and every Japanese are mainly composed of a bowl full of hot and steaming rice, another bowl of savory mis soup with soft tofu cubes, and a food full of protein. The protein is usually supplied by grilled fish, meat, chicken and other food items. The meal also have side dishes like the tsukemono or the Japanese pickles, some nori or dried and seasoned seaweed sheets, natto or fermented soybeans, kobachi or some helping of vegetables and some green salad.
