During summer, there are these so-called nagashi somen restaurants. These types of restaurants offer noodles that slide through a bamboo, together with ice-cold water. Diners the try to catch the noodles with their chopsticks once they get to the bottom. The noodles are then dipped to a special sauce before eating. And Takara Tomy, a Japanese toy-making company just brought this summer trend into your own dining table.
