Pop Japan

Ramen would probably be the most iconic dish from the Land of the Rising Sun. But apprarently, the dish does not really orignate in Japan but from tthe neighboring East Asian country, China. Because of this, the word ramen is actually written in the Japanese alphabet, katakana, which is the one used for foreign words.

Ramen is your favorite noodle soup made of wheat noodles. Different regions and prefectures in Japan has already made their very own creative way of preparing this well-loved Japanese food. Most of them differ in the broth wherein the noodles are served with.
