Featured in this video is Chef Motokichi Yukimura, the man behind the famous restaurant, Kichi Kichi Omurice. The restaurant is located in Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto.
Reservations are actually a must in this restaurant. In 2010, a Youtuber posted a video of him and his classy omurice demonstration, and ever since, the restaurant has been fully-booked.
