To make this homemade Mochiese, you will be needing around 100g of mochi and 240g of milk. It the quantity of each ingredient actually depends on how you want your cheese to taste. Put these two in a casserole and heat it up until the mochi softens. Then, mix the mixture with 30g pine peanuts, 3g agar, 3/4tsp of salt and 60g of oil. Make sure you have a well-blended mixture. After that, mix 80g of tapioca starch. Steam it up for 15 minutes.
