In this video, they ate Miyazaki Beef or the so-called Wagyu in Mishitachi. It's a 100% purebred Japanese beef. Miyazaki is the only place in Japan that raises cattle with this special breed of beef. You'll see in this video that this beef is so tender and it can be dipped in three different kinds of sauce.
They also did the Shochu tasting. Shochu is a type of liquor made from rice, barley, sweet potatoes, buckwheat, and other ingredients. They even tested Jidori, a roasted kind of chicken dish, the char-grilled chicken, and the chicken Nanban, the popular chicken dish in Japan. They also tried the mango parfait as their finale and their dessert.
