Sugano Station is at the northern part of Tokyo, and this is also the place wherein the ramen shop with the first Michellin Star is located at. Its name is Tsuta and this place proved why they earned such distinction.

But apart from the business districts of the city Tsuta is located just at one of the residential part of Tokyo. And despite their nature of the location, the ramen restaurant flocked by people especially after the time they earned the star and displayed the awards. The line that usually takes an hour to fill in goes to as long as four hours; thus, earning complaints from the neighboorhood. That said, the shop owners came up with a ticketing system that resolves this issue.
