Meiji Chocolate is a product of Meiji Holdings Co., Ltd. Their first chocolate was introduced in 1918, and the milk chocolate was released almost a decade later in 1926.  

There are now more than a hundred products under Meiji Chocolate. These include snacks such as Hello Panda, Yan Yan, Macadamia Chocolate and Meltykiss. Other products of the company include yogurt, milk and even agricultural chemicals.

The company prides itself in sustainable production of cacao and helping improve the lives of farmers in Ghana. The company also cares for the planet, practicing environmentally-friendly product life cycles and reduction of environmentally hazardous substances.
