Wagyu is one of the most famous beef in the world. And one of the most trusted of the Wagyu beef varieties is the Kobe Beef. This is the variety that came from the Tajima strain of the Wagyu cattle, which are primarily raised in Hyogo Prefecture in Japan. Raising cattle for wagyu is no joke because in Japan, the Kobe Beef Marketing and Distribution Promotion Association handles and makes sure that all the guidelines are being followed by the raisers. This is to maintain the quality of the beef that had already made a name in the world.
