Kamaboko: How Japanese Fish Cake is made

Kamaboko is a Japanese fish cake made from minced squid, egg whites, fish meat, spices, mirin, burdock and onions. It's used as a crab imitation or an addition to soups and ramen. Here's a video from youtube Great Big Story.
