Michael Lim features the Japanese style of making souffle pancakes, which are small but fluffy compared to the typical products from other countries; and something that isn't just made for breakfast but can be also served snacks for brunch (meal combination of breakfast and lunch). It takes just the same type set of ingredients of flour, egg, sugar, buttermilk, but done in a bit different process of cooking -- and that includes shaping.
