Hanami Dango is a Japanese sweet Mochi dessert perfect for watching the cherry blossoms in all over the sakura trees of Japan during the Spring season (which usually takes place during the months of March to May). The presentation here features three colors: green, pink, and white, and uses mochiko, the sweet rice flour.
