Sashimi Isaki is a known Japanese dish consisting of very fresh raw meat or fish -- such in this case, grunt chicken -- were sliced into thin pieces. It is served with a garnish and accompanied with a dipping sauce (usually, it's soy sauce) and condiments such as with wasabi paste and grated fresh ginger.
