Sushi has been one of the most famous food items from the Land of the Rising Sun. It has become so famous that a lot of chefs and restaurants has been competing creatively just to impress guests. One of the more famous kinds of sushi is the Dragon Sushi Roll. In the photo, together with the main ingredient, which is rice, is a generous helping of sumptuous fried shrimps. It is then topped with grilled or barbecued eel for that more "dragonic" effect. Avocados are also added to balance the strong flavors of all the ingredients.
