The crab cream croquette is a crunchy cake made of crab meat and onions, coated in panko bread crumbs. Thinly -sliced onions and shredded crab meat is sauteéd in butter. The meat is then added to a mixture of flour, milk, butter, and eggs to make the filling. After the filling has been cooled in the refrigerator, it is then molded into a patty then coated in bread crumbs, flour, and egg. It is then deep fried until golden brown.
