Chocolate Ramen

Ramen is one of the well-known noodles of Japan. Tsukemen is a kind of noodle dish wherein you will dip ramen noodles in another bowl of soup or sauce.
In Menya Musashi, a Tokyo ramen chain in Shinjuku just made a Valentine twist for this noodle. Introducing the Chocolate Ramen, made of noodles, sprinkled with chocolate powder and topped with tomatoes, strawberries and chunks of chocolate bars. The sauce or the soup is made of chocolate, seasoned with spices like pepper.
