Sea-urchin is an echinoderm which resembles spiked stones. In Japan, sea-urchins are a delicacy for its yellow-orange roe that is mixed with pasta and salad. In this video, the sea-urchins multiplied quickly and posed a problem for fishermen due to sea-urchins feasting on sea-weeds which are a food source for some fishes and other marine animals. One Japanese came up with an idea of using excess cabbage to feed sea-urchins. As a result, the sea-urchins became tastier and had more yellow-orange roes.
