Every tofu is made with high-quality soybeans and spring water, giving it a rich and sweet taste. It is, then, the main dish in any of the course meals. The premium tofu can be enjoyed along with various vegetables, seafood, beer and desserts.
Tokyo Shiba Tofuya Ukai has a traditional theme, giving their customers a time travel back to 200 years ago, the Edo period. The restaurant is surrounded by pine trees, a pond full of koi, a garden lantern, and a water wheel, giving the customers a breath of fresh and calm air despite being located in Tokyo, particularly at the foot of the Tokyo Tower.
Expect the meal to last for more than 2 hours since many traditional dishes will be served to you. Lunch courses are offered for 5,940 yen on weekdays and 7,560 yen on weekends. Grand courses, on the other hand, are offered for 10,800 yen/13,500 yen/16,200 yen. Tokyo Shiba Tofuya Ukai is open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
