Japanese cotton cheesecakes are usually made of cornstarch, cream of tartar, lemon juice and flour. However, in this video, it takes eggs, white chocolate, and softened cream cheese to make Soufflé Cheesecake. Watch as OCHIKERON demonstrate the procedures of doing it. It cen also be brushed with apricot jam syrup and dust with powdered sugar (confectioner's sugar) to finish. A whipped cream can also be applied if desired.
