Yojiya is a very old cosmetics brand, as it was founded in 1904. "Yoji" means toothbrush, and "ya" means shop. This is because the original seller included toothbrushes with her cosmetic products.
Today, Yojiya is known for its traditional style and its unique logo. The logo shows a woman’s face in a mirror’s reflection.
Yojiya’s most popular product are the oil blotting sheets called "aburatorigami." These sheets come in different colors such as red, blue, and yellow.
Aside from oil control paper, they also sell bath products such as soaps made of natural ingredients like green tea and rice bran. They even sell bath accessories like pumice stones. Yojiya has also branched out into hair care, selling shampoo and conditioner.
