As Reggie said on this video, one thing that set Tokyo Disneyland from other Disneyland is the amount of coordination that the people had when it comes to fashion.

People dress up in Disney fashion and they match their style whether they go to Tokyo Disneyland in a group, with families or a couple. They are matchy-matchy from head to toe.

For some, wearing exactly the same outfit is a no-no but in Tokyo Disneyland, you’ll find it cute when one coordinates with the other one and it looks very fashionable. Wearing exactly the same outfit is called Osoroi Code in Japan. It's their expression of love and closeness with their partners or friends.
