The Shiseido White Lucent Luminizing Surge is an emulsion from Japan that acts as a daily moisturizer. It promises a radiant and well-brightened skin, free from all signs of dark spots. It also protects the skin by "creating an invisible veil" around it, keeping it safe from dirt and harmful bacteria. This alcohol-free product has also been tested on the skin before and after a clinical procedure. Shiseido has proved that it is safe to use before a brightening cosmetic procedure, like laser spot removal, and even after the procedure. 

This product also contains Shiseido's SakuraRESIST Technology, which contains some Japanese cherry blossoms. These help create the protection that the skin needs to avoid the development of dark spots.
