A Harajuku Decora Fashion meetup was held and suddenly the streets of Harajuku became the most colorful in the world.
Decora is a Japanese subculture that features colorful outfits, brightly colored hair clips as hair accessories, and of course, colored hair. Decora was extremely popular in Harajuku in the early 2000s, with hundreds of decora gathering on the Jingu Bashi bridge every weekend to hang out with their friends, trade fashion tips, and have fun.
Today's Japanese decora are still being lived on by the youth with their colorful clothing and tons of accessories. The meetup was organized for several of Tokyo's decora and for them to hang out and spend time together.
