Shinjuku Eisa Festival

The Eisa Matsuri Festival is native in Okinawa. This is celebrated to honor the spirits of ancestors and to also pray for the well-being of families and attract good luck for businesses. The Tokyoites from kids to adults perform traditional dances with the beat of taiko (drums) with parades. It can also be observed now in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
