This festival attracts 100,000 expectators, which is yearly organized buy the Kurumazaki Shrine which stands close to the Oigawa River. At noon, locales dressed in ancient exquisite costumes board 20 boats. Each boat has its role. Some carry musicians that plays music, there is a boat for poetry recital, and another boat for dance performances. If you want to improve your singing or dancing, it might be a good idea to visit the shrine.
