Take part on this year's Hokkaido Shrine Festival-also called as the Sapporo Festival! A line of a thousand townsfolk parade in the major avenues with four well-ornated portable shrines and eight floats. Traditonal ceremonies are held at the shrine. Other attractions can be found at Nakajima Park as an extension of stalls, including a haunted house.
