Hina Matsuri is also known as Girl's Day or Doll's Day in Japan. During the celebration, the ornament dolls representing the Emperor, Empress, attendants, and musicians in traditional court dress of the Heian period are being displayed in a platform covered with a red a carpet. Also, families in Japan celebrated this event to wish for the health and success of girls.
