Doburoku Matsuri
Doburoku is a traditional Japanese home-brewed sake. Brewing for one's own consumption has long been illegal in Japan but participants of the festival are given special permission to produce this rice wine. So if you want to catch a taste of unfiltered sake, join the festivities in Tokyo from October 14 to 19.
