Tokyo Tower is the Japanese version of Eiffel Tower. It isn't as romantic as the latter, but this would surely give you the heart-captivating view of the Tokyo Skyline and one of a kind experience as you head along to the top-most area. The second tallest structure in Tokyo next to Tokyo Skytree, it never fails to be a magnet to visitors' eyes especially at night. Standing at 333 meters, it serves as a broadcast antenna and tourist spot as well.
Its exterior looks very authoritative, strong and has become a symbol of economic power of Japan, but on the inside, this is the place for foodies, photographers, and especially One Piece fans!
The tower's main observatory is reached at 150 meters via elevator or a 600-step staircase, which are both paid. Here, you can see the bird's eve view perspective of the city in moderate height. There are souvenir shops, a cafe, and restaurants where visitors can stop by.
A special observatory is accessed on the next set of elevators, 100 meters above the main observatory deck. At this point, a stunning view of Mt. Fuji and Tokyo Skytree may be spotted during clear weather.
Then, directly below the tower stands the "Foot town" where variety of souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants are operating. On the top most levels of Foot Town houses the One Piece Tower, an indoor amusement park which features the characters of the popular adventure anime.
