With around 3,500 cherry blossoms around this 2 kilometers Tarumi Park is lined up with variety of kinds such as Somei Yoshino, Yama-zakura and Yae-zakura.

This park on the hill is widely known as "The Cherry Road" located in Miyazaki Prefecture.

Things to see

Walk around on this 2 kilometer park and enjoy the sightseeing experience of cherry blossoms with different varieties. Benches are scattered around the park for you to sit and relax.

From the last week of March up to the first week of April, a cherry blossom festival is also held here.

Travel Notes

With buses being infrequent, it is recommended to rent a car. The nearest station is Miyazakijingu Station, wherein you can also find various rent-a-car services.

Admission

The park is open to the public anytime.

No admission fee.

Parking lot is also available if you ever travel with a car.
