This park is one of the most perfect spots in Gunma for cherry blossom-viewing, as well as enjoying the azaleas. There is also an amusement park that has a 70-meter high ferris wheel.

Things to see

The Kezoji Flower Festival, held every April and May, is also held in the park because of its spectacular views of over 1000 cherry trees and 6000 varieties of azaleas during spring.

Travel Notes

From Isesaki Station, visitors can walk to the park from 25 to 35 minutes. By taxi, it will take one around 10 to 15 minutes. One can also arrive at the park by bus.

Admission

The park opens from 9:00 to 17:00. It is closed on Tuesdays, but is open if that Tuesday falls on a holiday, especially if it is New Year's day.
