From JR Nara Station, the garden can be reached by taking departing buses bound for Aoyamajutaku or Kunimidai-hachichome to Oshiagecho bus stop.
The garden opens at 9:30AM up to 4:30PM, the entrance doors close at 4:00PM.
It is close on Tuesdays (or the following day if Tuesday is a national holiday) except in April, May, October and November; New Year holidays; Obon holidays.
