An all in one trip for the whole family is what is waiting for here in Wakayama Adventure World. It is a large theme park that combines safari park zoo, aquarium and an amusement park.

The place where most tourist are loving in this park is the panda land, where you can see giant pandas. Event shows are also held at night.

A lot of exciting things to do are on the list once you visit this amusement park in Wakayama Prefecture that includes failities such as Penguin Kingdom, Center Dome, Sean Animals Museum and Red Wood Images.

Visitors have a chance to meet animals like pandas, a live dolphin show as well as watching them play around on the dolphin pool, take a selfie with the sea lions, visitors can also witness a dolphin parade, feed a sea otter as well as visiting a safari world with a train that drives on the grounds and lets you observe animals in which visitors can see animals such as giraffes, cheetahs, lions, and elephants.

Aside from the animals, visitors can also enjoy in the play zone that includes ferris wheen, roller coaster, merry-go-round and more exciting things to do suitable for the whole family.

Restaurants and shop and places to rest can also be found inside the amusement park.

Travel Notes

From Shirahama Station on the JR Kisei Honsen line, take a Meiko Bus bound for Adventure World and from the bus stop, you can reach the amusement park by a short walk.

The amusement park opens at 9:30 to 17:00 Closing days in unfixed. Visit their website for details.

For the fee, a day pass cost 4,100 yen, 2Day pass cost 7,200 Yen and a Year Pass cost 14,400 Yen.
