Also known as the Toyota Prius C, the Toyota Aqua is a subcompact, five-door hatchback car. This is a result of a joint automobile venture by Toyota and another company known as the Kanto Auto Works. Released at the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show in 2011, the car is a fully hybrid one, a combination of a gasoline-operated and an electric car. This makes the car more fuel-efficient, hence has also a lower price than other Prius cars. The "C" in its name actually stands for "city" and is the third model from the Prius line.
