In 2016, Subaru released another car model which is exclusive only in the Japanese market. The Subaru WRX S4 tS was actually based on the WRX S4 launched in 2015, retaining the 2.0 liter four flat turbocharged engine. The adjustable DampMatic II front suspension was actually the new proud feature of the Subaru WRX S4tS, enabling the car capable of better maneuvers. The NBR Challenge Package has also been present in Japan, to give patrons a more exciting car. This version has been created to celebrate Subaru's wins in the SP3T class of the 2015 and 2016 Nurbrugring 24 Hours.
