Robo-Neko is a driverless courier launched by Yamato Transport marked with black cat logo. Customers can order using an app and track their shipments. The self-driving courier will operate in selected special zones. Customers will open the side of the van, scan a QR code and get their packaging. For its initial phase, a driver will join the ride to monitor the automated car's performance and that there will be no problems in the future. However, in the near future, all of the vehicles will be left in control of computers and robots.
