Exactly a year ago, in the Geneva International Motor Show 2016, Japan's first driverless car was introduced to the world: the Nissan Intelligent Mobility.
In this year's event, Nissan added the technology to some of its world famous models. This year is the 10th anniversary of the Nissan Qashqai, and as a celebration for that, the car company launched the Qashqai with the pro pilot functionality in Geneva. It also included the technology in the Nissan Micra. They also introduced the futuristic and sporty car, EV Prototype.
The Nissan technology boasts of intelligent emergency braking and pedestrian recognition and rear cross traffic alert. Nissan has also started testing these features in London.
