In 2008, the famous Japanese automobile maker releases the Honda Freed. Based on the Honda Jazz and Honda Fit platform, the Honda Freed is said to replace the Honda Mobilio. It is designed to be a mini MPV, which are the type of cars that are in between the compact and the minivan cars. Three versions of the Honda Freed had been available in the market. The first one is a seven-seat car, with an exclusive captain's seat on the second row of seats. There is also the eight-seater version and a five-seater one.
