ECO Park is an example of an absolute parking system automation. Developed by Giken Ltd., the concept of the design revolves around the idea, "Culture Aboveground, Function Underground."

The company has seen the convenience of compact parking spaces under the ground, and built near the car owners' destinations. The circular desing even saves mor space and even making the stacking of cars in a simpler and faster way.

The owner just leaves the car on the spot, gets a parking ticket and the car "parks itself." When the owner wants to get his car again, he just uses his ticket and the facility will give him or her the car in no time.
