Comic Con is an event for comic book fans, gathering in one place to meet each other and the creators. In San Diego, California (US), comic-con is a huge yearly event that happens in early July,  appealing to more than 130,000 attendees and featuring a wide-range of genre: from comics, animation, games and movies.
 
Last December 1, 2017, the world’s leading pop culture event, "Tokyo Comic Con 2017" held a 3-day event, happening at Chiba's Makuhari Messe and gathering a total of 42,793 attendees. The event exceeded last year's attendees with more than 30, 000. Also, more than 150 companies contributed to the event. For next year, the event will once again take place at Chiba's Makuhari Messe and has already been scheduled from November 30 to December 2, 2018.
