The Suginami Animation Museum houses a variety of Japanese animated exhibits, which include the chronological table of anime history, various animated movies, hands-on animation process memorabilia, and other special displays. Here, you’ll simply feel and experience how anime is created.
The first thing that you’ll see in this museum is a small desk of an animator, Yuki Tomino, who made the Gundam series. The next area is a wall, with pictures and autographs of different anime creators. There is also a booth where you can try to dub your favorite anime character. The last area is a digital workshop where one can learn anime production, like editing and coloring.
The anime museum is free for the public to see.
