Watch thirty energetic and marvelous teams from around the world, as they breathe life into our favorite characters at the World Cosplay Summit 2016 held in Nagoya.

The parade and championships are held in Nagoya. A "Cosplay Championship" which is a cosplay stage performance, is held every year.

India and Switzerland had joined the WCS 2016 making the number of participating nations/regions go up to 30. Due to its popularity and expanding growth of participants, the championships became a two-stage event, held over the weekend. The first stage is held every Saturday, while the second one is exhibited every Sunday.
